Terms N Conditions

  1. Swimming pool hours and the pool area is restricted
  2. The Tilak bag management will not be responsible in case of any administrative or police involvement due to suspicious act by any of the guest.
  3. Smoking is allowed only in the open area and not inside the room or the banquet hall
  4. Booking amount is a minimum of Rs. 75000/- for one day and complete payment should be made 30 day before the date of the event, else the entire booking will be cancelled and the advance amount will be non refundable
  5. In case any function needs a government permission for holding it, the permission letter issued by the government or the concerned authorities will be needed prior to the date of the event
  6. Booking advance is non- refundable in any situation and will be forfeited.
  7. DJ is strictly prohibited after 11 p.m. inside the premises of Tilak Bagh.
  8. Rs 25000/- will be deposit as a security and the same will be refunded during check out after deducting the damage cost.
  9. Management will not be responsible for misplacement of any valuables of the guest.
  10. Any vandalism and breakage of property will be charged during the checkout.
  11. Parking is at your own risk.
  12. Extra charges will be applied if there are any further editions in the goods and services availed other than the package that had been booked
  13. The booking will be cancelled if the government take the place of isolation of covid - 19 patient or for any other emergency reasons.
  14. Edible are not allowed on the pool side
  15. Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited inside the premises
